Established in 2001, SC Williams Ltd, offers a comprehensive Quantity Surveying & Estimating service to Sub-Contractors, Main Contractors, Developers, Builders and the General Public.
From our base in Wakefield we are able to fulfill the roles of both a Freelance Quantity Surveyor and Freelance Estimator.
We work extensively throughout the North of England and cover such areas as Leeds, Bradford, Huddersfield, Manchester, York, Hull, Doncaster, Scarborough, Skipton, Newcastle, Darlington, Middlesbrough, Barnsley, Sheffield and Nottingham.
The advantage of us being a Freelance Quantity Surveyor & Estimator is that we are able to undertake works no matter how small or infrequent these may be. This allows our Quantity Surveying and Estimating expertiese to become a cost effective solution for many clients to whom previously this service would not of been viable.
We are extremley proud of the long term relationships that we form with our clients, many of which have continued from our outset within the Freelance Quantity Surveying sector, some 8 years ago.

SC Williams Ltd helps SJM Groundworks from Pennistone secure a 12month contract for a new build care home on behalf of Daltons. We will also manage all on site Quantity Surveying aspects, through to settlement of the final account.
